We arrived a Dell Croft near Owelsbury, Winchester and set up camp. The site was a CL (Certified Location) which is a camp site , owned privately and certified buy the Caravan and Motorhome club. These sites have a maximum of five pitches and are usually on a piece of the owners land which can sometimes be a small as half an acre.
The cost for the night was £13 and included clean water, electric hook up and waste disposal (Black and grey water). After we had set up and got the beds ready we locked up and walked to The Ship Inn along a very dark lane. When we arrived at the pub it still had it's Halloween decorations up!. We had a couple of pints and staggered back to the van for a well earned sleep.
